Design and Engineering

Our Design Facility employs qualified personnel from reputed institutes and headed by a post graduate in Design from l. l. T Kharagpur with work experience from organisations like Larsen & Toubro, Humphreys & Glasgow Consultants.


  • Design Analysis and Detailed Engineering of Fabricated process Equipement as per International and Indian Codes of Practice and standrads.
  • The most frequently followed codes are ASME VIII Div.1, Div. 2, PD-5500, ADMerkblatter, and IS-2825,TEMA.
  • Familiar with Regulations like CCOE, OISD 150 and Explosive rules.
  • Design based on Analysis using CAE tools such as Finite Element Method.
  • Collaboration with customers in selection and finalization of construction features, materials for special applications.
  • Personnel having experience in Design and manufacture of equipment in Nickel, Hastealloy, Inconel, Duplex Staineless steels and other high performance materials.
  • FEA of mounded bullets is being carried out regularly by this team in-house.

  • In house Developed Software and reusable Worksheets for Design Calculation as per ASME VIII Div.2 . PD-5500 and IS-2825. These have Been regularly used by our engineers and reviewed by third party agencies and Engineering consultants / clients.
    We are in the process of acquiring latest FEMA software in the current financial year.
